1. This indoor smart security pet camera is a plug-in model, please do not unplug the camera cable, the camera must always be connected to a power source.

2. As the camera relies on WiFi signal connection, please place it in a place with good WiFi signal when installing and using it to avoid the problem of delayed monitoring images.

3. The indoor surveillance camera will push notifications when it detects sound and moving images, if you do not receive notifications, please check if the mobile Tuya app settings and the phone system settings enable the message push function.

4. If you encounter problems with disconnection and cannot connect to the device, please try to reboot the camera by following the instructions in the user manual.

5. Our indoor wired security camera does not provide SD card, you need to buy it separately, cloud storage has 7 days free trial, later you need to subscribe it by yourself.
